Miami Northwestern HS (FL): Wynnadotte HS (Kansas City, KS) head coach Eddie Brown has landed the head coaching job at Miami Northwestern, a source tells CoachingSearch. Brown (44) grew up in Miami. He is a member of the Arena Football Hall of Fame. Brown served as an assistant coach at Fort Scott Community College from 2009 - 2010.

Texas: According to the Austin American-Statesman, assistant coach salaries are up for approval by the school's board of regents, and all are three-year deals. Quarterbacks / assistant head coach Shawn Watson will earn $610,000 annually, offensive coordinator / offensive line coach Joe Wickline will earn $535,000, defensive coordinator Vance Bedford will earn $760,000, strength and conditioning coach Pat Moorer will earn $330,000, and running backs coach Tommie Robinson will earn $185,000 in the first year and $335,000 in the next two.

Cleveland Browns: According to The Baltimore Sun, Ravens offensive line coach Andy Moeller has accepted the same position with the Browns.

Bethune-Cookman: CoachingSearch has learned that Bethune-Cookman tight ends / tackles coach Lawal McCray has decided to remain at the school, despite an offer to join the Virginia Union staff.

Cleveland Browns: According to Fox Sports' Alex Marvez, former Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan will be named offensive coordinator for the Browns.

West Florida: UNC-Pembroke head coach Pete Shinnick has accepted the head coaching job at West Florida.

South Alabama: Early in the week, CoachingSearch reported that South Alabama head coach Joey Jones would promote from within for the defensive coordinator job. Jones has now made it official by promoting inside linebackers coach Travis Pearson to defensive coordinator.

Jackson State: SMU offensive grad assistant Timmy Chang officially accepted the offensive coordinator position at Jackson State. According to the Clarion-Ledger, SMU offensive grad assistant Tommy Poynter may also soon join the Jackson State staff.

William & Mary: Per source, William & Mary tight ends coach Mike Godsil is leaving the staff to pursue an opportunity outside of coaching.

Rutgers: The school has officially announced the hiring of former Maryland head coach Ralph Friedgen as offensive coordinator and former Tampa Bay Bucs assistant defensive coordinator Bob Fraser as special teams coordinator and the promotion of special teams coordinator / defensive assistant Joe Rossi to defensive coordinator.

Buffalo Bills: CoachingSearch has learned that former New England Patriots linebackers coach Pepper Johnson will join the Bills' staff as defensive line coach.

Notre Dame: A source tells CoachingSearch that South Florida coordinator of recruiting operations Leah Knight is interviewing for a similar position at Notre Dame.

Alabama A&M: Per source, Texas A&M special teams quality control assistant Bryan Cummings will join the Alabama A&M staff as defensive line / special teams coordinator.

Buffalo Bills: A source tells CoachingSearch that former Minnesota Vikings linebackers coach Fred Pagac will join the Buffalo Bills staff. He will coach linebackers.

Northern Colorado: A source tells CoachingSearch that Texas A&M defensive grad assistant Scott Aligo will join the Northern Colorado staff as defensive ends coach.

Michigan State: According to the Lansing State Journal, Mark Dantonio has received a one-year extension to January 2019.

Minnesota Vikings: According to VandalNation.com, former Idaho head coach Robb Akey has accepted a position with the Minnesota Vikings. Akey is expected to coach the defensive line.

Colorado School of Mines: Bob Stitt has announced the hiring of Oklahoma State defensive graduate assistant Jason Semore as defensive coordinator.

Jackson State: Former Jacksonville Jaguars assistant defensive line coach Paul Spicer tells 1010XL that he has accepted the defensive line job at Jackson State.

Notre Dame: The school announced that outside receivers coach Mike Denbrock has been promoted to offensive coordinator, and former players Kyle McCarthy and Mike Hiestand will join the staff as defensive graduate assistants.

Georgia: According to the Athens Banner-Herald, new defensive line coach Tracy Rocker will earn $300,000 annually, and assistant Kevin Sherrer will earn $200,000 and is expected to coach linebackers.

Georgia: Former USC linebackers coach Mike Ekeler is interviewing for the last remaining position on the Georgia staff, according to the Macon Telegraph.

Notre Dame: Former Notre Dame players Kyle McCarthey will join Brian Kelly's staff as a grad assistant.

Kansas City Chiefs: Coastal Carolina running backs coach Brock Olivo has accepted the assistant special teams job with the Chiefs.

Ohio State: The Columbus Dispatch reports that Ohio State AD Gene Smith says co-defensive coordinator Chris Ash will coach the entire secondary, while Kerry Coombs will assist Ash and coach the special teams.

Tulane: Don't be surprised if Tulane head coach Curtis Johnson targets LA Tech running backs coach Jabbar Juluke for a position on the Tulane staff.

Coffeyville CC (KS): Per source, former Simon Fraser defensive coordinator James Colzie will join the staff at Coffeyville CC.

Simon Fraser University: Former BC Lions offensive coordinator Jacques Chapdelaine has accepted the head coaching job at Simon Fraser.

Georgia: Former Georgia safety Kelin Johnson will join the Georgia staff.

Cleveland Browns: CoachingSearch has confirmed that former Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains will be the quarterbacks coach for the Browns.

Eastern Michigan: A source tells CoachingSearch that former Wake Forest wide receivers coach Taylor Stubblefield is heading to Eastern Michigan as wide receivers coach.

University of the Cumberlands: A source tells CoachingSearch that Shorter University offensive line coach Paul Pitts has accepted the offensive coordinator position at the University of the Cumberlands.

Cleveland Browns: According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, former Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains has joined the Browns' staff. He will either be the offensive coordinator or quarterbacks coach.

Averett University: Ferrum College defensive coordinator Cleive Adams has accepted the head coaching job at Averett University.

Cleveland Browns: According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Browns are meeting with Oakland Raiders quarterbacks coach John DeFilippo today about the offensive coordinator job.

Alabama A&M: According to The News-Press, Bishop Verot High School (FL) athletic director and head coach Phil Dorn has accepted the offensive coordinator / offensive line job at Alabama A&M.

Georgetown: Defensive coordinator / assistant head coach Rob Sgarlata has been named interim head coach.

Ohio State: Villanova head strength coach Phil Matusz has accepted an assistant strength job at Ohio State.

Ball State: The school has announced the hiring of Georgetown head coach Kevin Kelly as defensive coordinator / inside linebackers coach.

Minot State: Minnesota State - Mankato head coach Todd Hoffner has accepted the head coaching job at Minot State, according to the Minot Daily News.

Washington State: Per source, Auburn assistant strength coach SaJason Finley has accepted the assistant director of sports performance position at Washington State.

Liberty University: Running backs coach Jamaal Fobbs has added the title of special teams coordinator. Quarterbacks coach Joe Dailey has added the title of passing game coordinator. Defensive coordinator Robert Wimberly will shift from linebackers to safeties and Josh Bookbinder will now coach the linebackers.

Eastern Michigan: Drake defensive backs coach Todd Frakes has officially joined the Eastern Michigan staff in the same capacity.

Georgia Southern: Georgia Southern officially announced the hiring of five assistants today: Doug Ruse (offensive coordinator), Matt Barrett (wide receivers), Johnny Jernigan (defensive ends), Michael Mutz (linebackers), and Kevin Peoples (defensive line).

Buffalo Bills: The team has announced the hiring of former Baltimore Ravens wide receivers coach Jim Hostler as senior offensive assistant.

Southern Miss: A source has confirmed with CoachingSearch that Auburn offensive quality control Chip Lindsey has accepted the offensive coordinator job at Southern Miss. The information was first reported by Drew Champlin of Al.com.

Baltimore Ravens: Senior defensive assistant Steve Spagnuolo has been promoted to defensive backs coach, and former Houston Texans tight ends coach Brian Pariani has been named tight ends coach.

St. Louis Rams: ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports Gregg Williams is expected to replace Tim Walton as defensive coordinator for the Rams.

Stephen F. Austin: Montana State running backs coach Demo Odems has joined the SFA staff as wide receivers coach. In addition, New Hampshire defensive tackles coach Chris Van Horn has joined the joined the staff as defensive tackles coach.

Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins have parted ways with assistant general manager Brian Gaine.

Virginia Tech: According to the Daily Press, new athletic director Whit Babcock will earn $470,000 per year with a retention incentive of $140,000 beginning on Dec. 31, 2014 and a minimum 5 percent raise beginning on Jan. 1, 2015. He also received a $325,000 signing bonus.

Georgia: A source tells CoachingSearch, as expected, Florida State defensive grad assistant George Helow will follow Jeremy Pruitt to Georgia. Helow assisted Pruitt at Alabama in 2012 and at Florida State in 2013.

Eastern Michigan: According to his Twitter bio, former Drake defensive coordinator Brad McCaslin is the new defensive coordinator / linebackers coach at Eastern Michigan.

Arkansas: Per source, expect Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema to wait until after National Signing Day to name a new defensive coordinator. Randy Shannon has emerged as a candidate, per source.

Rutgers: A source tells CoachingSearch that Kyle Flood will still add a coach with special teams responsibilities that would assist on the offensive side of the ball, as well.

Rutgers: According to the Newark Star-Ledger, special teams coordinator Joe Rossi is expected to be promoted to defensive coordinator and former Tampa Bay Bucs assistant defensive coordinator Bob Fraser is expected to be named linebackers coach.

Stanford: San Francisco 49ers defensive assistant Peter Hansen has accepted the inside linebackers job at Stanford.

Jacksonville State: According to the Anniston Star, head coach John Grass has interest in former Arkansas State defensive coordinator John Thompson, former Georgia Southern assistant Kevin Corless, and Auburn staff Brandon Hall for the defensive coordinator position. Grad assistants Larry Smith and Trey Clark have been promoted to quarterbacks and offensive line coaches, respectively. Notre Dame recruiting analyst JR Sandlin will coach the tight ends, Todd Bates the defensive line, Nick Williams the wide receivers. Jimmy Ogle will remain the running backs coach.

Dallas Cowboys: The Cowboys have announced the Rod Marinelli will serve as the defensive coordinator moving forward. Monte Kiffin will now serve as the assistant head coach for defense. Scott Linehan's title will be passing game coordinator.

Bowling Green: Dino Babers has announced his coaching staff. Following him from Eastern Illinois are co-offensive coordinators Sterlin Gilbert and Matt Mattox, defensive coordinator Kim McCloud, linebackers coach / special teams coordinator Tom Kaufman, running backs coach Mike Lynch, inside receivers coach Sean Lewis and defensive line coach Tom Freeman. Defensive backs coach Nick Monroe was retained.

Montinar assisted Nick Saban, Jeremy Pruitt, and Greg Brown the last couple of years with the secondary at Alabama. Monitar is now the third Alabama grad assistant or quality control assistant to land another job this off-season.

Florida State: ACC senior associate commissioner of men's basketball Karl Hicks has accepted the deputy director of athletics for external affairs position at FSU.

Houston Texans: Fox Sports' Alex Marvez reports Atlanta Falcons offensive line coach Paul Dunn has accepted the same job with the Texans and former Texans offensive line coach John Benton will be the assistant offensive line coach for the Miami Dolphins.

South Alabama: A source has informed CoachingSearch that Samford University wide receivers coach Tim Bowens has agreed to join the South Alabama staff as wide receivers coach.

Cleveland Browns: The team has announced the hiring of Buffalo Bills linebackers coach Jim O'Neil as defensive coordinator, former Tampa Bay Bucs tight ends coach Brian Angelichio to the same position and former Bucs safeties coach Jeff Hafley as defensive backs coach. Special teams coordinator Chris Tabor, assistant defensive backs coach Bobby Babich and assistant special teams coach Shawn Mennenga were retained.

Baltimore Ravens: John Harbaugh introduced new offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak and quarterbacks coach Rick Dennison on Monday. More changes could be coming, and Harbaugh believes it could be the best offensive staff in the NFL. Cleveland Browns: Buffalo Bills defensive quality control assistant Brian Fleury will join the Browns' staff, according to the Bills. Fleury will serve as the assistant linebackers coach.

Dallas Cowboys: According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Cowboys are interviewing former Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Scott Linehan today for a position on the offensive staff. Rapoport reports that, if the Cowboys hire Linehan to call plays, offensive coordinator Bill Callahan is expected to say, because the Cowboys won't let him out of his contract.

Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles have announced the hiring of former Minnesota Vikings offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave as quarterbacks coach, the promotion of defensive quality control assistant Mike Dawson to assistant defensive line coach and the hiring of former Oregon linebacker Michael Clay as defensive quality control assistant.

Southeastern Louisiana: CoachingSearch has learned that Chattanooga running backs coach Wes Satterfield will join the SLU staff as quarterbacks coach.

Baltimore Ravens: According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Ravens plan to hire former Houston Texans offensive coordinator Rick Dennison as quarterbacks coach.

Penn State: According to StateCollege.com, James Franklin's contract is worth $4 million in 2014, with a $100,000 increase each year through 2019 and an additional $300,000 at the end of each year for remaining at the school.

NY Giants: With the hiring of Danny Langsdorf as quarterbacks coach, Sean Ryan will shift to wide receivers and Kevin M. Gilbride will shift to tight ends.

Prairie View A&M: Per source, Bethune-Cookman defensive backs / special teams coordinator / assistant head coach Terry Sims has been offered the defensive coordinator job at Prairie View A&M.

Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens will decide tomorrow on the new offensive coordinator, Kyle Shanahan or Jim Hostler.

Virginia Union: A source tells CoachingSearch that Bethune-Cookman tight ends / tackles coach Lawal McCray has been offered the offensive coordinator / assistant head coach position at Virginia Union. McCray also serves as the recruiting coordinator at Bethune-Cookman.

UC-Davis: A source tells CoachingSearch that former Utah offensive line coach Dan Finn has accepted the offensive line job at UC-Davis.

Ohio University: Barring something unforeseen, Toledo quarterbacks coach Scott Isphording is expected to join the Ohio University staff in the near future, a source close to the situation has informed CoachingSearch.

Sam Houston State: A source tells CoachingSearch that Slippery Rock offensive coordinator Phil Longo has accepted the same position at Sam Houston State. CoachingSearch first reported Friday that Longo could be joining the staff.

New Haven: Despite a report in the New Haven Register, a source has informed CoachingSearch that Slippery Rock defensive coordinator / associate head coach Shawn Lutz has not been contacted by New Haven, at this point.

LSU: Sports information director Michael Bonnette tweets that offensive coordinator Cam Cameron says he's not going anywhere.

New Haven: The New Haven Register reports former Miami Dolphins and New Haven head coach Tony Sparano will be heavily involved in the hiring process, and Slippery Rock defensive coordinator / associate head coach Shawn Lutz will interview this week.

Cleveland Browns: NFL Network's Albert Breer reports that, if former Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Scott Linehan is hired by the Dallas Cowboys, the Browns could make a run at Cowboys offensive coordinator Bill Callahan for the same role. Breer also says former Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains could be the quarterbacks coach in Cleveland. The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports the Browns are considering LSU offensive coordinator Cam Cameron for the same role, but don't expect Cameron to leave.

UNLV: According to the Reno Gazette-Journal, head coach Bobby Hauck's salary has been increased from $500,000 to $700,000 as part of a three-year deal. The school announced a new contract back in November, but the terms hadn't been announced.

Kentucky: According to the Louisville Courier-Journal, tight ends coach Vince Marrow has added the title of recruiting coordinator and signed a new two-year contract that increases his annual salary to $275,000.

Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins have announced that Tampa Bay Bucs director of player personnel Dennis Hickey is the team's new general manager.

UNC: It will be interesting to see if former Texas running backs coach Larry Porter emerges as a candidate for the UNC running backs job.

Washington Redskins: North Carolina running backs coach Randy Jordan has accepted the running backs job with the Washington Redskins.
